Role Overview: As an Agile Coach at KPMG in India, you will play a crucial role in working with multiple delivery teams to enhance their Agile practices. Your expertise in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, technical agility, and automation will be key in driving continuous improvement and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Coach and mentor cross-functional delivery teams on Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. - Support best practices in DevOps, test automation, CI/CD, and Agile engineering practices to promote technical agility. - Configure Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and custom metrics to track and visualize progress effectively. - Analyze team performance data to enhance predictability, quality, and team health. - Create and share sprint reviews, velocity charts, burn-down/up reports, and release dashboards for stakeholders. - Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and SMEs to align on product goals and Agile adoption strategies. - Conduct workshops and training sessions on Agile principles, roles, events, and tools for teams and leadership. - Facilitate Agile health checks, retrospectives, and team maturity assessments for continuous improvement. - Identify and address organizational impediments that hinder Agile adoption and team effectiveness. - Promote a culture of collaboration, feedback, learning, and transparency within the organization. - Lead quarterly release planning and product prioritization exercises for delivery teams. - Report on key metrics related to sprint velocity, resource allocations, and adherence to quarterly release plans.
