Job_Description":" Primary Responsibility Ensure the financial health of theorganization by managing accounts, preparing financial statements, andfulfilling tax and corporate compliances. Provide sound financial insights toguide short-term and long-term business decisions while maintaining thefinancial integrity of projects and the company. Key Responsibility Areas 1. Financial Management Reporting - Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, PL,etc.). - Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financialreports. - Oversee month/year-end processes, reconciliations, and varianceanalyses. - Ensure accurate and timely GST, TDS, and ROC filings incoordination with CA and CS. - Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls andsafeguarding information. 2. Budgeting Cash Flow Management - Develop and manage budgets, cash flow forecasts, and projectpay-out sheets. - Ensure effective cash flow planning and deployment for projects. - Track revenue streams, rights sales, and contract renewals. 3. Taxation Compliance - Handle routine tax planning and statutory compliances. - Stay updated on financial legal requirements and ensureadherence. - Manage external audits and provide necessary documentation. 4. Operational Vendor Management - Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, treasury, andcapital asset reconciliations. - Oversee vendor negotiations, processing of documents, andfinancial reviews. - Ensure timely renewal of AMCs, insurance policies, and relatedobligations. 5. Film Production Support - Maintain up-to-date financial records during production. - Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and professionals forproject-specific needs. - Generate project-wise PL reports and track spending againstbudgets. 6. Administrative Functions - Convene and manage AGMs, draft meeting agendas, and recordminutes. - Ensure timely filing and organization of physical and digitaldocuments. - Coordinate with legal and corporate governance teams for updatesand compliance. Requirements Desired Profile Education : Bachelor/MasterinAccounting, Finance, Taxation, or equivalent (CA/CPA preferred). Experience : 510 years inaccounting/finance; experience in the entertainment industry is a plus. Technical Skills : Expertise in Tally,QuickBooks, Zoho, MS Office, and especially Excel. Key Traits : Strong organizationalskills, time management, decision-making, and multitasking under pressure. Personal Skills: Adaptable, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excellent in verbal/written communication. Key Challenges Managing multiplepriorities with accuracy under tight deadlines. Navigating high-pressuresituations during shoots, releases, and deliveries. Building strongrelationships with creative professionals and stakeholders.
