Manager-Accounts & Finance

You will be working with JFE Engineering India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of JFE Engineering Corporation, Japan, located at ICC Devi Gaurav Tech Park, Pimpri, Pune. As an Assistant Manager/Manager-Accounts & Finance, you should hold an M.Com. degree along with a CA qualification and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the power plant industry or power plant engineering consultancy firm. Your primary responsibility will be to manage financial operations, budgeting, compliance, and treasury functions in a project-oriented EPC/Service environment. Expertise in project accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Analysis: - Lead the annual budget preparation and monitor project-wise spending. - Conduct variance analysis and suggest corrective actions. Financial Accounting & Reporting: - Ensure timely monthly/annual closing and preparation of financial statements. - Manage project and cost center-based accounting. - Oversee statutory audits and ensure compliance with Ind AS. Treasury & Compliance: - Ensure compliance with PF, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, etc. Secretarial Support: - Coordinate with the Company Secretary for Companies Act compliance. - Provide support for board meetings and AGMs as required. Skills & Requirements: - Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Income Tax, and GST. - Proficiency in Tally and MS Office. - Excellent communication, team management, and organizational skills. - Experience in EPC or project-based accounting in the Service Industry is preferred.
