Job Title- Manager-Accounts

Location-Bhopal

Qualification-CA

Experience-2+ years in manufacturing

Job responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Monthly accounts of unit.
  • Preparation of Financial analysis presentation.
  • Preparation of Expenses Analysis with comparative projected figures.
  • Approval of Cash and Journal voucher all locations.
  • Approval of Fixed assets and CWIP vouchers.
  • Approval of Debit/Credit Note to Supplier/Customers.
  • Supplier Payment & Fund transfer to bank.
  • All matters related with insurance including insurance claims.
  • Preparation of CMA data for review & renewal of working capital.
  • Statutory & Tax Audit.
  • Passing of LTA bills.
  • Follow-up and Implementation of Internal Audit suggestions.
  • Improvement of Accounting System
  • Monitoring Day to Day working for timely completion of Jobs/Reports.
  • Capital PO status and its capitalization.
  • Scrutiny of Customer/Supplier Ledgers.
  • Payroll related works.
