The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality advisory services. As a Manager, you will lead engagements, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities: Engagement Management: - Lead and manage multiple accounting advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality services within established timelines and budgets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with US engagement teams, serving as a trusted advisor. Technical Expertise and Advisory: - Provide guidance on complex accounting issues such as revenue recognition, lease accounting, and financial instruments. - Assist clients with the implementation of new accounting standards and preparation of financial statements. Team Leadership and Development: - Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering continuous learning and professional growth. - Promote a collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing. Skills Required: Education and Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification required. Experience: - 6-8 years of relevant experience in accounting advisory, audit, or financial consulting. - Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with IFRS, US GAAP, and other accounting standards. Skills: - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
