Role Overview: As a Manager for 3ph UPS Application at Schneider Electric in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in unlocking further commercial value for the Secure Power business. Your responsibilities will involve understanding 3ph UPS Architecture, being proficient in Electrical Design and reading SLD, working on CAD, analyzing RFPs to create solutions tailored to customer requirements and competitive offerings, collaborating with Vertical Sales Business Leaders for technical discussions and approvals, and seizing the opportunity to learn and progress towards becoming a Business Development Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Understand 3ph UPS Architecture - Proficiency in Electrical Design and ability to read SLD - Working knowledge of CAD - Analyze RFPs and create customized solutions - Collaborate with Vertical Sales Business Leaders for technical discussions and approvals - Seize the opportunity to learn and develop into a Business Development Manager Qualifications: - Education: B.E/B.Tech - Experience: 8-10 years in Electrical design understanding & 3ph UPS Business understanding - Certification and technical training covering Data Centre design practices, Large UPS Systems, cooling Systems, Chiller Systems, Racks would be advantageous - Quick Learner and Individual contributor - Good/working knowledge of SE Systems & Solution business Company Details: Schneider Electric is a global leader with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
