· Shadow and worked with experienced managers and leaders to gain an understanding of the roles.
· Participate in projects and initiatives to demonstrate competency and add value to the organization
· Provide support for managers and teams as needed
· Attending meetings, conferences and other training events to expand knowledge and network to other professional
· Evaluate and analyze business operations, identify areas of improvement, and make recommendations for changes.
· Strong commitment to learning and professional development and being open to feedback and constructive criticism
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

SALARY: ₹2,00,000 TO 3,00,000 CTC PER YEAR (BASED ON INTERVIEW IF PERON IS MORE KNOWLEDGABLE THAN 10-15% HIKE ON CURRENT SALARY)
