Management Trainee-Relationship Manager-Working Capital-Sales

Role Overview: As a Relationship Officer-SBE (Small Business Enterprise) Sales, your main responsibility will be to lead and guide a team of 5 to 7 DSTs to ensure productivity. You will interact with manufacturers, dealers, sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets for sourcing business. Additionally, you will be required to tie-up with channel partners and associates for sales programs, develop both direct and indirect teams, and interact with credit for loan applications and operations for smooth disbursement. Your role will also involve following up on infant delinquent cases and managing PDDs effectively.
