Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development o Learn and understand real estate project sales processes.
  • Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and client interactions. o Support the sales team in achieving project-specific targets.
  • Client Relationship Management : Engage with prospective buyers and provide them with project details. Assist in organizing site visits and addressing client queries.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and track interactions.
  • Market Research & Analysis o Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences. o Analyze competitor projects and pricing strategies. o Provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Sales Coordination & Documentation o Support the team with sales documentation and agreement processing. o Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales transactions. o Assist in preparing sales reports and performance analysis.
  • Training & Learning o Participate in structured training sessions on real estate sales, negotiations, and customer engagement.
  • o Work closely with mentors and senior leaders to gain practical industry insights.
  • o Develop key sales and leadership skills for future career growth.
