Locations:

1. Franchisee Business Development

• Handle franchise sales and onboarding from lead generation to agreement signing.
• Make outbound calls, explain the MedPlus Franchise Model, and guide prospective partners.
• Conduct presentations and meetings, resolve queries, and ensure successful closures.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow up effectively, and achieve conversion targets.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with franchisees and provide regular business pipeline updates.
• Must have good proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.

2. Project Management

• Gain hands-on exposure in Project Planning and Stakeholder Coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key business initiatives.
• Participate in a structured grooming program designed to build future Project Leaders.
• Must have good proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and project tracking.

3. Retail Operations

• Act as a coordinator between Franchisee Pharmacy Stores and the MedPlus Operations Team to ensure seamless business operations and communication.
• This position involves approximately 80% fieldwork and 20% office work, providing a balanced mix of on-site coordination and administrative duties.
• Be willing to travel frequently to monitor franchise operations and maintain consistent engagement with store partners.
• Must have good proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
