As a Management Trainee in Grasim's Corporate Finance Division, you will be part of a program designed to nurture future finance leaders through immersive hands-on experiences in finance, audit, and accounts. You will undergo three structured rotations, each presenting diverse challenges to provide you with a holistic view of the company's financial operations and prepare you for a leadership role. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in hands-on experiences in finance, audit, and accounts through three structured rotations. - Gain exposure to real-world applications of financial concepts across various business functions. - Demonstrate your capabilities and performance to secure a full-time position within Grasim's businesses. Qualifications Required: - Ideal candidates should be Chartered Accountants who have cleared their CA examinations either in January 2025 or May 2025.
