Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee in the Finance Department at our Sivasagar and Dimapur locations, you will be responsible for various financial tasks to support the unit's operations. A preferred qualification for this role is an MBA in Finance, and freshers are encouraged to apply. Your role will involve preparing MIS reports, managing plant accounting, and participating in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. You will be expected to submit accurate Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Annual Financial reports, along with the Annual Budget and other relevant reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing audits as per the schedule and providing timely and precise analysis of budgets and financial reports to senior management. To ensure effective financial control and risk management, you will report on Internal Financial Control measures to mitigate fraud risks. Collaborating with other departments to gather financial information, you will streamline financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Furthermore, your role will involve identifying and mitigating financial risks by implementing effective control measures. This is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree as the preferred educational qualification. The work location for this role is in-person at our Sivasagar and Dimapur offices.
