As a Management Specialist in Precision Agriculture at FMC, you will play a crucial role in driving project planning and execution for precision applications deployments. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment of precision agriculture offerings, enabling growers to make informed decisions and protect their crops against various pest pressures. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong attention to detail, excel in dynamic project environments, exhibit exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to drive change across multiple stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Precision Ag Market Development Leads, in-market managers, and other key stakeholders to develop globally harmonized project plans tailored to local markets. With a proven track record of project management expertise, including leading multidisciplinary teams, you will be tasked with executing launch plans, driving pilot projects, and expanding user adoption. Your role will involve maintaining project plans, communicating progress and issues, and defining key success measures for senior leadership. To thrive in this position, you should hold a BA/BS degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. You should have at least 3 years of relevant project experience, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to develop and execute project plans effectively. Additionally, possessing PMP/PMI Certification or equivalent would be advantageous.
