Management Executive

As a Management Executive (Production) at MahaCPD, you will play a key role in organizing and coordinating CPD sessions for Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs) in Maharashtra. Your responsibilities will include: - **Speaker Engagement:** Reach out to renowned International speakers, present the vision of MahaCPD, and coordinate schedules for CPD sessions. - **Scheduling Mastery:** Arrange shooting schedules and ensure optimal timing and logistical arrangements for speaker sessions. - **Logistics Wizardry:** Organize venue setup and technical requirements to provide a seamless experience for speakers and the shooting team. - **Documentation and Compliance:** Oversee the process of obtaining necessary documents and agreements to meet all legal and compliance obligations. - **Coordination Extraordinaire:** Act as the focal point between speakers, videographers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution. Qualifications required for this role include: - Soon-to-be graduate or recent graduate in BBA, MBA, BHM, BSc, MSc or similar fields. - Creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proactive in anticipating and resolving potential issues to maintain operational efficiency. - Keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while upholding quality standards. - Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with speakers and internal stakeholders.,
