Management Accountant (Chartered Accountant)

As a Management Accountant specializing in Australian Accounting, your role will involve owning the first draft of management reporting, consolidation (MFC/AFC), budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the company. You will be responsible for ensuring internal policies are consistently applied in collaboration with the CFO and Group Financial Accountant. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly management accounting consolidation (MFC/AFC) and compile variance analysis - Support executive commentary and ensure consistent operationalization of Group accounting policies for internal and statutory contexts - Maintain core planning tools and cycles, including the Group Business Plan, revenue planning, gross margin reporting, and cash-flow planning - Track performance vs. budget and provide explanations for variances - Share templates and mentor basic planning/reporting practices at the affiliate level as required Qualifications & Experience: - CA qualification (freshly qualified or up to 2 years PQE) - Strong accounting fundamentals with an interest in FP&A/management reporting - Proficiency in Advanced Excel is mandatory for consolidation models, variance analysis, and dashboards In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company is offering the following benefits: - Health insurance - Life insurance Please note that the job type is full-time and permanent, and the work location is in person at Ludhiana, Punjab.
