Managed Service Operations Analyst Senior

As a Managed Service Operations Analyst Senior at FIS, you will play a crucial role in the Loan syndication and operations team, focusing on providing world-class services to clients in the CDO/CLO market. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in compliance reporting and performing critical functions related to monthly reporting. - Liaising with clients, external resources, and internal teams to research and resolve open items within provided deadlines. - Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing functions with minimal risk exposure. - Collaborating with other departments and external contacts to share best practices and implement automation for efficiency. - Providing guidance, training, and oversight to junior team members. - Tracking process metrics to ensure adequate control points are in place to mitigate escalations. - Planning daily work allocation and ensuring tasks are completed as per SLA. - Being ready to provide after-hours coverage during reporting periods to meet deadlines. To qualify for this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience. - Seven to 10 years of relevant industry experience. - Deep understanding of CLO compliance structure and terminology used in credit agreements and collateral agreements. - Working knowledge of cash reconciliations, compliance testing, data analysis, and reporting. - Client servicing experience with excellent interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA Macro skills will be an added advantage. - Flexibility to support business in extended hours. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and global counterparts.
