Salary : 20000 to 30000 Per Month

Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily workforce and manage manpower allocation
• Monitor and record employee attendance and working hours
• Maintain and update employee salary records
• Coordinate with HR and accounts for payroll processing
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports using Excel
• Serve as a communication bridge between employees and clients
• Address and resolve employee issues or conflicts
• Ensure operational efficiency and timely completion of tasks
• Maintain discipline and promote a positive work environment
• Conduct briefings and submit daily performance updates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
