Job Role : Male Supervisor Location : Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh Job Type : Full Time Salary : 12000 to 15000 Per Month Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role. Qualifications: Any Graduate Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role Roles & Responsibilities : Supervise daily workforce and manage manpower allocation Monitor and record employee attendance and working hours Maintain and update employee salary records Coordinate with HR and accounts for payroll processing Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports using Excel Serve as a communication bridge between employees and clients Address and resolve employee issues or conflicts Ensure operational efficiency and timely completion of tasks Maintain discipline and promote a positive work environment Conduct briefings and submit daily performance updates Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person
