We’re Hiring: MALE Payroll Executive (Kolkata – Sector V, Salt Lake)

Position: MALE Payroll Executive
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V – Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 1–3 years (Payroll / HR Operations)
Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing
• Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
• Maintain and update employee records in payroll software
• Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance
• Coordinate with HR and finance for F&F, tax deductions, and reimbursements
• Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/HR/Finance or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll handling (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel & payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Good communication and coordination skills
