Male Mentor cum Operations Coordinator

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring students in skill development programs at our learning center. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and managing daily operations, handling scheduling, student progress tracking, and parent interactions. It will be essential for you to ensure the smooth execution of classes and events while working closely with faculty and the management team. We are looking for individuals with strong communication and leadership skills, as well as prior experience in education or operations (which is a plus). The ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently is crucial for this role, along with a passion for teaching and student engagement. Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred. This is a full-time position with both day and night shift schedules. You will be required to work in person at our learning center, where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.,
