Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain and update financial records for stocks
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports on sales, purchases, and stock movement.
• Record supplier invoices, payments, and customer receipts in accounting software.
• Ensure proper GST and tax compliance for all transactions.

2. Purchase & Sales Accounting

• Keep track of raw material and finished product purchases, ensuring accurate rates and quantities.
• Maintain records of customer sales, quotations, and pricing approvals.
• Reconcile purchase orders (POs) and invoices from suppliers.

3. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Monitor outstanding payments from customers and follow up for timely collection.
• Process supplier/vendor payments and maintain credit/debit notes.
• Reconcile bank statements with ledger accounts.

4. Inventory & Cost Control

• Maintain stock records .
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing and stock valuation.
• Conduct periodic stock audits to verify inventory levels.

5. Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in audits and financial statement preparations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
