Male Accountant

We are looking for a Male Accounts assistant who provides administrative and clerical support to accountants, handling tasks like Bank Reconciliations, processing invoices, payments, and financial records. Responsibilities: · Handling incoming invoices, verifying payment accuracy, and processing payments to vendors. · Recording transactions, updating ledgers, and maintaining accurate financial documents. . Completing the reconciliations of the various group bank accounts in a timely manner throughout the month and at month end. · Maintaining records, filing documents, and managing workload. · Handling phone calls, emails, and filing. · Entering financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets. · Managing petty cash and processing cash transactions. Skills and Qualifications: · Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. · Strong Math Skills essential for calculations · Communicating with vendors, clients, and colleagues. · Graduation in any discipline or equivalent. · Proficiency in MS EXCEL and basic accounting software. · Working independently and as part of a team. · Male candidates with proven experience of atleast 2 years in the similar profile will be preferred.
