Makeup Artist & Brand Educator

Key Responsibilities

Makeup & In-House Shoots

• Execute professional makeup looks for

  in-house photoshoots, video shoots, campaigns, and social media content

• Work closely with the marketing and content team to create looks aligned with brand guidelines
• Prepare models, influencers, or team members for shoots ensuring flawless, camera-ready results
• Maintain hygiene standards and manage makeup tools and products

Educational Content Creation

• Conceptualize and perform

  educational makeup tutorials

  , demos, and product explainers
• Participate in

  content shoots

  for reels, videos, masterclasses, and live sessions
• Explain techniques, ingredients, product benefits, and usage in a clear, engaging manner
• Stay updated with current makeup trends and adapt them for brand content

Sales Training & Brand Education

• Conduct

  product and makeup training sessions

  for sales teams, beauty advisors, and retail staff
• Train teams on

  product USPs, application techniques, shade matching, and customer objection handling

• Support sales initiatives during product launches, promotions, and retail activations
• Act as a

  brand ambassador

  , ensuring consistent brand communication across touchpoints

Collaboration & Support

• Coordinate with marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams for campaigns and launches
• Assist in events, workshops, store openings, and brand activations when required
• Provide feedback from customers and sales teams to improve products and content

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certified professional

  Makeup Artist

• Strong knowledge of

  cosmetics, skincare, and makeup techniques

• Comfortable performing and speaking

  on camera

• Excellent communication and training skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with understanding of retail beauty
• Ability to multitask between shoots, training, and content creation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with

  beauty brands or cosmetic companies

• Prior experience in

  retail training or brand education

• Social media content experience (Reels, Tutorials, Lives)
