Maintenance Worker

You will be responsible for handling a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are kept in excellent condition. Your strong work ethic, general handyman skills, and commitment to safety and quality will be essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems. You will need to inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as undertake tasks such as painting, wall patching, carpentry, and basic construction work. Additionally, maintaining grounds, operating tools and equipment, responding to maintenance requests, conducting inspections, and assisting with event setups will be part of your daily routine. To qualify for this position, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with previous experience in general maintenance or handyman work. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is required. You should also be capable of lifting heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication, time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are also important qualities for this role.,
