Roles & Responsibilities Maintenance Supervisor (Dairy Industry) Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities of dairy machinery and utility equipment. Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance to avoid production delays. Lead a team of technicians and assign work based on shift and priority. Monitor the performance of equipment like pasteurizers, homogenizers, boilers, compressors, chillers, and other dairy machinery. Keep maintenance records and prepare daily maintenance reports. Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth plant operation. Maintain stock of spare parts and raise purchase requests as needed. Follow safety guidelines and ensure the team uses proper tools and PPE. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure quick resolution. Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment. Maintain cleanliness and order in the maintenance workshop.
