Maintenance Technician

1. General Maintenance and Repairs

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.

2. Preventive Maintenance

• Implement regular preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems.
• Inspect and service equipment such as air conditioners, water heaters, generators, and elevators.
• Monitor and maintain energy-efficient systems to reduce utility costs.

3. Facility Upkeep

• Ensure all common areas, guest rooms, and facilities (like pools, gyms, and spas) are in excellent condition.
• Handle landscaping and outdoor facility maintenance if required.
• Check safety equipment like fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency lights regularly.

4. Inventory and Supplies Management

• Keep track of maintenance tools, supplies, and spare parts inventory.
• Order materials as needed and manage relationships with vendors and contractors.

5. Safety and Compliance

• Follow safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with local regulations.
• Conduct regular safety checks and hazard inspections across the property.
• Train staff on basic emergency repairs and safety measures.

6. Guest Service Support

• Respond to guest requests for maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
• Work with the front office and housekeeping teams to handle urgent room repairs.

7. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.

Report major issues and provide recommendations for replacements or upgrades to management.

• Conduct repairs on appliances, fixtures, and resort equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and fix breakdowns promptly to minimize guest inconvenience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
