Chef de Partie (CDP) – The Regalia Resort, Ashwem Beach, Goa

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team at The Regalia Resort, Ashwem Beach, Goa. As a CDP, you will manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute dishes in your assigned section (hot/cold/pastry, etc.).
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in your section.
• Assist in menu development and daily specials.
• Support junior staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and food handling standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CDP or Demi CDP in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of your specialized section and general kitchen operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary degree/diploma preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
