Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Central Kitchen Company: Empire Restaurants Job Summary: Empire Restaurants is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Central Kitchen , where large-scale food production takes place daily. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted food production operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, chillers, mixers, steamers). Monitor and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Keep detailed records of maintenance work, equipment service logs, and inventory. Requirements: Technical certification or diploma in mechanical/electrical trades. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
