Rent O Integrated Facility Management Services is looking for Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journeyPerform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities.Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility issues, and make repairs as needed.Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory records.Participate in the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, ensuring that maintenance is performed on a regular basis to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal equipment performance.Recommend improvements to equipment and facilities to increase efficiency, safety, and performance.Assist with the installation of new equipment and facilities, including the assembly and installation of machinery and equipment.Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.Knowledge of safety protocols and the importance of following safety regulations.
