Detailed Work Profile / Responsibilities

1. Kitchen Equipment Installation & Maintenance:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair kitchen appliances and equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other commercial kitchen machinery.

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment parts and services when necessary.

2. HVAC System Maintenance:

Maintain, diagnose, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Perform regular inspections to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Address temperature, airflow, and humidity issues promptly.

3. MEP Systems Maintenance:

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical panels, wiring, lighting, plumbing systems, and mechanical installations.

Respond to emergencies such as power failures, water leaks, or drainage issues.

4. Store Support & Travel:

Provide on-call support and attend to urgent maintenance needs across all stores/outlets.

Travel frequently to various store locations as per the maintenance schedule or emergency requirements.

5. Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.

6. Vendor Coordination:

Liaise with third-party contractors and service providers for specialized repairs or installations when required.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

3-5 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in QSR, restaurant
