Maintenance Technician - Munnar

Job Description

The Maintenance Staff is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of the hotel’s infrastructure, systems, and equipment. The role supports a smooth guest experience by promptly addressing maintenance issues and performing routine inspections and repairs across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and exterior to identify issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of meeting rooms, events spaces, and other facilities.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 1 plus years of experience in a hotel or facility maintenance role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
