About the Role:

Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance and emergency repairs in guest rooms, common areas, and hotel facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair

  electrical issues

  (wiring, lighting, equipment, power supply, etc.).
• Handle

  plumbing tasks

  (leak repairs, drainage, fittings, water heaters, pumps, etc.).
• Perform preventive maintenance checks to avoid downtime and guest complaints.
• Support with minor carpentry, painting, and other general repairs as needed.
• Maintain records of repairs, inventory of tools, and spare parts.
• Ensure all work complies with hotel safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  maintenance/electrical/plumbing

  work (preferably in hotels or hospitality).
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety and plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks.
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Willingness to be available for urgent repairs.
