Qualifications Required: - Excellent supervisory skills for leading and managing a maintenance team. - Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance practices. - Proficiency in maintenance and repair techniques, as well as troubleshooting. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Experience in the Aluminum Extrusion industry is an advantage. - Relevant technical certification or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields. - Experience: 3 - 4 years.
