Maintenance Supervisor (Utility Lead)

As an Engineering Solutions Designer, you will be responsible for contributing to the design of engineering solutions by designing feasibility testing approaches and supervising their implementation to support the development and validation of engineering solutions within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the analysis of information and drafting engineering standards and specifications - Evaluating the effectiveness of these standards within your engineering discipline - Carrying out inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and making recommendations for remedial actions - Contributing to process design engineering by analyzing information, specifying methods and process steps, and improving manufacturing or materials processes - Identifying shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures and implementing change management programs - Interpreting data and identifying possible solutions through solutions analysis - Participating in product development and engineering activities to deliver products that meet customer needs Moreover, you will assist others in maximizing knowledge management systems and internal communication systems by offering support and advice. You will also develop your own capabilities through assessment and development planning activities, training, and coaching. Your skills should include proficiency in engineering technology, design, development, testing, verbal communication, technical operations support, health and safety management, and risk management. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education with a minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in the field.,
