Maintenance Supervisor

Duties to be performed

• Supervise maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and lighting systems in outlets.
• Ensure proper functioning of customer-facing equipment such as POS systems, display units, beverage dispensers, and seating facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies to minimize operational disruptions.
• Supervise maintenance of outlet equipment such as FDU, Grillers, microwave, RO, Coffee machine, chillers, ACs etc.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during maintenance work.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized equipment servicing like high-speed covens, Coffee machines etc
• Assign tasks to maintenance staff and monitor completion.
• Maintain logs of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Report recurring issues to the Maintenance Manager and suggest improvements.
• Support audits and inspections by ensuring documentation is up to date.
• Follow the process set by engineering team like Work permits, LOTO, SOPs.
• Check & close daily tickets in CMMS system, Monitor the pending tickets and close complaints within TAT.
• Should be willing to work by his own hands, if required.
• Coordinate with purchase and finance department for timely PO and payment release.
• Co-ordinate with contactors and supervise the work.
• Monitor AMC vendors for work progress and PM schedule. Coordinate with outlet managers for work to be done at the outlets and keep an update on the same.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, service contracts, and warranties.
• Coordinate with outlet managers, Area managers & Maintenance manager for smooth closure of complaints.
