Job Description

Worked as shift in charge in Machine shop since last 6-8 years
CNC System expert on Siemens-802 ,828 & 840 D SL, 810 & 840 D Power Line, Mitsubishi, and Fanuc troubleshooting and its preventive maintenance (Able to reconfigure the drives, motors etc)
PLC/HMI- Able to edit the logic -Siemens 200, 300,1200,1500, Mitsubishi FX,A,Q series
Marposs System- Trouble shooting.
Electrical Control circuit troubleshooting in hard wiring.
Having hands on Experience of Grinding, Milling, Hard Turning, EFD Induction hardening, Rolling,
Basic Knowledge of LT and ER Module Checking and replacement of IGBT, Cards, Power supply etc.
