Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Supervisor in Mumbai-Fort, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of maintenance technicians and staff. Your role will involve planning and scheduling preventative and corrective maintenance tasks for buildings, equipment, and systems. You will need to have a strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other related areas. Additionally, you must be willing to be on-call and work flexible hours as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and staff. - Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance tasks for buildings, equipment, and systems. - Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify issues or areas for improvement. - Ensure all repairs and maintenance work is performed efficiently, on time, and within budget. - Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate appropriate responses. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. - Liaise with contractors, vendors, and other departments as needed. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Diploma in Civil Engineering. Additional preference given to certification in Plumbing and Civil works.
