Job Description

As a Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical at Roquette, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing team located in Pantnagar. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and guide a team of electrical technicians in performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and troubleshooting various electrical components such as VCBs, transformers, PCCs, MCCs, VFDs, and Motors. You will diagnose and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring they meet safety standards. As a leader, you will coordinate and manage maintenance projects and schedules, while also maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status. Your strong troubleshooting skills, technical expertise, and excellent leadership and communication abilities will be essential in effectively carrying out your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Being a good team player is crucial for success in this position.
