Maintenance Staff (Electrical & Plumbing)

### **Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Staff member with knowledge of **electrical and plumbing systems** to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and preventive servicing to ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and in good working condition.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and equipment.

* Handle plumbing work, including repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining water systems.

* Perform preventive maintenance on all electrical and plumbing fixtures.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

* Coordinate with management for major repair or replacement needs.

* Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.

* Ensure all safety and maintenance standards are met.

* Provide general facility support when needed (minor carpentry, painting, etc.).

### **Requirements:**

* Proven experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance.

* Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

* Flexibility for shift work and on-call duties.

* ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹9,021.53 - ₹22,000.00 per month
