Maintenance Staff (Electrical & Plumbing)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and preventive servicing to ensure that all facilities are safe, functional, and in good working condition. Your primary focus will be on handling electrical and plumbing systems. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and equipment. - Handle plumbing work, such as repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining water systems. - Perform preventive maintenance on all electrical and plumbing fixtures. - Troubleshoot and promptly resolve technical issues to minimize downtime. - Coordinate with management for major repair or replacement needs. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs. - Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. - Provide general facility support including minor carpentry, painting, etc. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance. - Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. - Flexibility for shift work and on-call duties. - ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
