Maintenance Manager

Job Description

Responsibility 1) Plans, organizes and supervises the daily maintenance operations of the plant. 2) Establishes job priorities and time frames for Maintenance Staff 3) Establish schedules and methods for providing maintenance and repair services; identify resource needs and allocate resource accordingly 4) Respond to and maintain order in emergency situations 5) Participate in the selection of plant maintenance staff; provide or coordinate staff training; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline procedures. 6) Participate in the preparation and administration of the plant maintenance program budget; submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures. 7) Coordinates, assigns, directs, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly schedules 8) Project detailing/execution, reports. Competency: Operation and Maintenance of Utility and Facility. Exposure of clean room. Electrical and HVAC Experience. Requirement 1) Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance/operation of a site in Pharma /API/Bulk drug/Electronics/Semiconductor/Biotech industry. 2) Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics Engineer 3) Document/Audit exposure 4) Familiar with ERP-SAP 5) Good communication skills.
