Job Title: Maintenance Manager Location: Palghar, Maharashtra, India Experience Required: 5 to 6 years Industry Preference: Heavy Industry (e.g., Paper Mill, Sugar Mill, or similar) Salary Range: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function in a heavy industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing maintenance operations in industries such as paper mills, sugar mills, or other heavy industries . Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance for heavy industrial machinery and equipment. Lead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure timely execution of maintenance schedules. Minimize equipment downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure maintenance supports overall plant performance. Maintain detailed maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and cost optimization. Candidate Profile: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. 5–6 years of experience in maintenance roles within heavy industry sectors such as paper mills, sugar mills, steel plants, or similar. In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and utilities used in heavy manufacturing. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Hands-on approach with a strong commitment to safety and reliability. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
