Role & responsibilities Job Title: Site Maintenance Manager Job Location: Dolvi - Maharashtra Department: Maintenance Reporting to: Maintenance Country Manager We are searching for a candidate who have good experience in heavy earthmoving equipment like wheel loaders (higher than 5 ton capacity), Dump trucks and excavators (higher than 20 ton capacity). Preference will be given to candidates who have handled wheel loaders in hot work (steel mill applications). Minimum Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree, Mechanical Engineer 2. Organizational skill 3. Mechanical experience 4. Troubleshooting skills 5. Communication skill high command (repot, writing, interpretation of technical data and engineering drawing) 6. Additional requirements: - Spoken English Good. Written English Good. Computer- Good Experience: At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management, for heavy earth moving equipment. Good experience in heavy earthmoving equipment like wheel loaders (higher than _ ton capacity), Dump trucks and excavators (higher than _ ton capacity). Preference will be given to candidates who have handled wheel loaders in hot work (steel mill applications). Hands-On Knowledge: Experience with the specific types of earth-moving equipment, such as excavators, loaders, and dump trucks, Material Handlers. Primary purpose of the job : Main duties are to ensure the crew works most effectively, efficiently & safely to meet the aims of the maintenance department. Have strong preventative maintenance experience in the heavy Equipment & Machinery. Responsible for Repair and maintenance of excavators, loader, trucks, forklifts, bucket, mobile screen, MR plant and drop balling cranes. To ensure min 90% availability of all equipment to production department and that equipment are serviced & repaired on time. Work Contacts : Have routine work communication with maintenance crew, supervisor, planner and other superintendents & Managers in other department through the shift. Physical Effort : Mentally and physically fit this position requires hand-on experience. You might require to physically troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
