Job Description

Urgent Requirement - Maintenance Manager / Machine Manager

Location - Dadra Plant

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules
.
Lead a team of maintenance engineers/technicians and ensure effective resource allocation.
Maintain uptime of key PPE manufacturing equipment including:
Mask production lines (3-ply/N95)
Melt-blown extrusion machines
Ultrasonic sealing/welding machines
Auto-cutting and packaging machines
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and spare parts inventory using CMMS or equivalent tools.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to schedule maintenance without impacting output.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, TPM, etc.)
Ensure compliance with industry safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, CE)
Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
4.5 years of hands-on experience in machinery maintenance in a PPE or similar manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of automation, sensors, PLCs, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with high-speed production machinery and preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
