Maintenance Manager (Hospital)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our team at Ortho-One. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all infrastructure and equipment within Ortho-One, including electrical systems, machinery, equipment, instruments, and more. The role demands strong leadership, team management, and technical expertise in handling various operational and maintenance tasks within a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth operation of infrastructure, electrical systems, and machinery.
• Supervise the functioning of hospital plants, including STP, Softener, Gas, and A/C Plants (AHU & VRF units).
• Prioritize and assign tasks to Technicians based on urgency.
• Ensure timely renewal of AMC for all hospital equipment.
• Maintain health and safety standards in all operations.
• Prepare duty schedules for staff and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Keep records of materials usage, equipment breakage, and AMC status.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Manage generator operation during power outages and ensure smooth power transitions.
• Oversee the maintenance of fire safety equipment (Hydrants, Sprinklers, Extinguishers).
• Check the functionality of equipment in the Operation Theatre and Sterilization areas.
• Review the handover book to track breakdowns, complaints, repairs, and pending tasks.
• Implement energy and water-saving initiatives.
• Ensure 24/7 coverage as required.
• Follow all NABH, ISO, and safety protocols.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications Needed:

Education: DEEE or BE (EEE) with C Licence Holder

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.

Skills: Strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and familiarity with hospital infrastructure systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,188.24 - ₹60,783.86 per month
