Job Title: Maintenance Incharge – Injection Molding

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Incharge to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our injection molding facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of all molding machines and auxiliary equipment to reduce downtime and improve production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across all injection molding machines (e.g., Arburg, Haitian, Engel, etc.).
• Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of molding machines and supporting equipment.
• Ensure minimum breakdown time and maximum equipment uptime.
• Maintain records of machine performance, maintenance logs, and repair activities.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operation and minimal production interruptions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and raise requirements as needed.
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring safety compliance.
• Liaise with external service providers or OEMs when required.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the plant.

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of injection molding machines and associated utilities (chillers, compressors, mold temperature controllers).
• Strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Good understanding of PLC systems and automation in injection molding (optional but preferred).
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a shift-based environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
