Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Executive to ensure the smooth operation, upkeep, and safety of hotel facilities at Zen Park, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and mechanical systems while ensuring minimal downtime and guest inconvenience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of hotel facilities and equipment
• Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and basic civil maintenance work
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas are well maintained
• Attend to breakdown calls promptly and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain maintenance logs, service records and preventive maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, repairs and equipment servicing
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire safety and statutory requirements
• Monitor utility usage (water, electricity) and support cost-control initiatives
• Assist during renovations, refurbishments and emergency maintenance situations
• Work closely with housekeeping, front office and management to ensure guest satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or related field
• 4–5 years of maintenance experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems and preventive maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and handle multiple maintenance issues
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency situations
