Responsibilities: -

• Preventive Maintenance Planning & Execution:

• Prepare and implement monthly preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct resource planning and allocation to ensure minimal downtime.

• MIS & SAP Expertise:

• Preparation of MSI report & find out the OFI & circulation to team.
• Utilize SAP MM Module for maintenance planning, inventory control, and reporting.

• Spares & Inventory Management:

• Plan and control inventory for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure availability of critical spares to avoid any prolonged downtime.

• Utility Equipment Management:

• Monitor and maintain utility machinery.
• Drive initiatives for improving efficiency and reducing energy/resource wastage.

• System Implementation & Compliance:

• Implement systems and practices as per ISO, TPM, and GHK requirements.
• Support audit preparedness and compliance initiatives.

• NPD Support:

• Conduct machinability trials as per NPD requirement
• Validate production line readiness for new products.

• Operational Efficiency:

• Ensure achievement of targeted yields, minimal wastages, and optimal manpower/utilities usage.

• Team Management:

• Prepare Training module for development of operators and supervisors.
• Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

• KPI Monitoring:

• Track and improve plant KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, Equipment Uptime, No-Touch Time, EFR, etc.

• Safety Management:

• Drive plant safety improvements, near-miss reporting, and Fuguai mitigation.

• Mechanical Modifications:

• Lead mechanical repairs, modifications, and innovation-based improvements.

• Installation & Commissioning:

• Supervise installation and commissioning of new machinery in line with safety, quality, and process parameters.

• Project Execution:

• OPEX and CAPEX projects execution with ROI mapping.

• Vendor Management:

• Periodically evaluate vendor performance (quality, delivery, service).
• Initiate corrective actions to improve equipment standards and services.

• TPM & Lean Initiatives:

• Daily breakdown analysis and OEE improvement.
• Well versed with TPM & Lean tool.
