Maintenance Engineer Tooling

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and executing scheduled maintenance tasks, managing stocks of supplies and equipment, and maintaining records of faults and repairs with a focus on maintaining history cards for machines. Your primary duty will be to respond promptly to equipment and machine breakdowns, coordinating repairs or replacements as necessary. Additionally, you will develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans, service and replace old or faulty equipment, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to ensure smooth operations. An essential aspect of your role will involve analyzing mechanical, hydraulic, and operational problems of plastic injection molding machines, and taking corrective action to optimize production and quality. Knowledge of utility equipment like chiller, cooling tower, compressor, and basic breakdown handling is also required.
