1. Able to do PLC programming for Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allan Bradley PLC programming.
2. Experience of operating Panasonic, OTC, Yaskawa, Panasonic etc. welding robots Robot.
3. Robot teaching and trouble shooting.
4. Robot & fixture maintenance.
5. Maintenance of Hydraulic press, welding SPM, Pneumatics, Pipe Bending.
6. Maintenance of crane, compressor, Generator, Transformer 8. TPM & IATF work experience.
7. Preventive maintenance, TBM, CBM (Reactive & Proactive Approach)
8. Operating Panasonic, OTC, Yaskawa etc. welding robots Robot.
9. Knowledge of welding process, Basic Knowledge of all robots, Utility machines operation & maintenance.
10. Knowledge of all consumption capture in as per required maintenance. (Energy, Gas, Diesel, Water).
